Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document patient interactions and progress in medical records.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Delaware.
• At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
