Service/Installation Scheduler

About the role

As a valued member of the Window World team, you will be responsible for installing high-quality windows and performing other exterior remodeling services. You will also manage customer interactions throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Install windows and other exterior remodeling products according to manufacturer specifications.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Manage the installation process from product ordering to final completion.
• Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in home improvement or construction preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass a background check.
