About the role

The Warehouse Lead will oversee the warehouse team and ensure customer delivery requirements are met. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment, planning daily schedules, directing warehouse activities, reviewing inventory, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize daily work schedules to meet customer delivery requirements
• Direct daily activities such as shipping, receiving, sanitation, and inventory control
• Review daily inventory against delivery schedules to minimize handling and damage
• Alert team members to special truck loading configurations and customer delivery requirements
• Ensure all OSHA requirements and certificates are displayed and adhered to
• Maintain positive customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3+ years experience in warehouse management
• A background in the door or construction industry is preferred
• Basic computer skills in MS Office Software
• A High School Diploma or GED
