About the role

We Put the World on Vacation. Travel + Leisure Co. is a leading vacation ownership and travel membership company. Our Brand Ambassadors engage in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers, share information about the vacation club experience, and invite them to attend award-winning presentations.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, while maintaining minimum performance goals
• Screens and qualifies potential customers based on company guidelines
• Makes sales-tour reservations and collects required deposits
• Attends all scheduled training sessions and team meetings
• Keeps current on marketing information, materials, and industry trends
• Sets and exceeds performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
• Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices
• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required
• Must be able to stand for 4 to 6 hours at a time

Qualifications

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
