Service Greeter

Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Greeter to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong background in customer service and the ability to provide customers with a great dealership experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in friendly and professional manner as they enter service department
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers; record amount received
• Compute customer bills, make change and issue receipts to customers; reconcile cash drawer daily
• Provides refunds or credit memorandums to customers for returned merchandise or as directed by managers
• Work with department managers to stay on top of new products and services offered, their features and value, and any changes in price
• Answer customer questions about service performed or products purchased or refer them to someone who can
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and patience and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution

• Superior customer service skills
• Self-starter and self-motivated
• Ability to work well in a dynamic environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
