About the role

As Service Foreman, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a team of service technicians. You will ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently, and that customer satisfaction is maintained.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily activities of the service team
• Ensure all work is completed according to company standards and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide excellent service
• Manage the inventory of tools and equipment needed for service calls
• Train new employees on company policies and procedures

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a similar industry
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Qualifications
