Service Foreman

JOB SUMMARY

The Service Foreman ensures technicians perform repairs correctly and efficiently, maintains high customer satisfaction, distributes repair orders, monitors work progress, supervises technicians, inspects vehicles, handles customer complaints, maintains a clean shop, assists in warranty claims, plans parts, and prepares sold trucks.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• A high school diploma or equivalent, a college degree, or a certificate/degree from a trade school is preferred.
• Five years of industry experience.
• Five years of supervisory experience.
• Proven experience working closely with internal and external customers.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Frequent lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
• Sitting and standing frequently.
• Stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Constant and sudden loud noises.
