Service Foreman

The Position

We are looking for a motivated, hardworking Service Foreman to lead a two-person crew and deliver quality solutions to our customers. This role requires strong work ethic, communication, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities

- Perform installation, repair and maintenance of various roof systems - Work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines - Oversee a crew - Complete reporting documents - Maintain truck and equipment

Requirements

- English literacy and competence. - Ability to work flexible schedules. - 5+ years of commercial roofing experience in various systems - Ability to supervise and motivate crew - Good listener—to both coworkers and customers - Possess a valid driver’s license
