We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections present: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real specific content. The posting includes: - Position Summary (maybe About the role) - Duties And Responsibilities - Job Requirements (maybe Requirements) - Who we are! (maybe About the role? but we already have About the role) - Core Cultural Competencies (maybe Skills? but it's more about values) - Additional Information: Job: Full-Time, Non-Union Location: Baton Rouge, LA Travel: 75% travel. Compensation: Pay for this role is $40.43 to $53.91 per hour (depending on experience, skillset, and NETA certification level). Daily meal and incidentals per diem available when traveling for overnight work. Relocation: Assistance available for highly qualified candidates. Benefits: Full benefits, per diem when traveling, and work anniversary bonuses. - Physical Demands: Lifting a minimum of 50lbs on a daily, crawling, climbing, standing for long periods of time, and working in non-ideal conditions. - EEO boilerplate to remove. - Application Details: The position will stay open until filled - seeking one FTE. Apply via job postings on job boards or from the company website. (remove application instructions) - Also mention "Job: Full-Time, Non-Union" maybe schedule? Not exactly schedule but could be schedule: Full-Time. Travel 75% travel. We need sections: About the role (position summary), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (job requirements), Qualifications (maybe overlapping with requirements but we can combine? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only if we have real specific content. We have content for About the role (position summary). Responsibilities (duties). Requirements (job requirements). Qualifications maybe not separate; we could treat job requirements as qualifications? But we already have Requirements heading; maybe we can skip Qualifications if no distinct content. Skills maybe from core cultural competencies? Those are more values; but we could treat them as Skills? However they are not specific skills like technical. Might be better to omit Skills if not specific. Benefits: we have benefits info. Pay: we have compensation. Schedule: we have Full-Time, Non-Union, Travel 75% travel. That could be schedule. We'll include Schedule section. We must not repeat job title as heading. Do not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like specific voltage ranges, equipment types, etc. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll structure:

About the role

RESA Power is looking for experienced Electrical Testing Techs or individuals with electrical backgrounds in engineering or testing. The Minnesota RESA Power Service location is based out of Baton Rouge, LA in a safe and modern facility. Position Summary Service Field Techs are expected to perform service, test and maintain various types of power transmission and distribution equipment.

But we might combine the first sentences and position summary. Ensure we keep all. Responsibilities: list duties as
  • ... each duty. We need to capture each duty line: - Inspect, test, troubleshoot, perform start-up and collect data of low, medium and/ or high voltage (to 500kV) electrical systems. - Low, Medium and/ or High voltage switchgear and circuit breaker testing - Perform inspection, maintenance, testing and repair of transformers, circuit breakers and all related equipment – 45 KVA to 130 MVA, dry type and/ or oil filled. - Perform maintenance, testing, reconditioning and repair on circuit breakers – low voltage 480 volt (molded case and air-magnetic) medium voltage up to 15 KV (air-magnetic and vacuum) - Experience filling and working with SF6 filled equipment and gas insulated switchgear, desired but not required. - Test and inspect low and medium voltage cable installations. - Prefer experience operating high voltage test equipment including Doble Power Factor test sets. - Perform start-up, troubleshooting and repair services on controls and transfer schemes. - Rotate emergency on-call duty and if called respond to customer emergencies in a timely manner. - All work and decisions shall be conducted in strict compliance of all regulatory laws. - Other duties as assigned by manager. We'll keep each as li. Requirements: list: - High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience and 5 years of experience in a related field. - Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and various industry standards, such as NETA, OSHA, IEEE and NFPA. - Strong background and experience in most types of high voltage equipment through the 230 kV class. - Prefer experience with most of the following or similar: MCC’s, Breakers, relay testing, oil testing, infrared scanning, performing start-up on switchgear up through 500kV class, etc. or training from the military (Army Prime Power, Air Force Electrical Power Production, NAVY or another related program) - Complete projects consistently on budget and at a reasonable contribution. - Ability to complete on-site job reports. - Valid driver’s license required. We'll put as ul. Qualifications: maybe we can skip if no distinct content. But we could treat "Strong background and experience..." as qualifications? However we already used Requirements. The instruction says we can include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for Requirements; we could also have Qualifications if we separate education/experience vs skills? But to avoid thin sections, maybe combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But we need to follow headings list; we can include Qualifications if we have content. We could put education and experience under Qualifications, and skills under Requirements? However the posting lumps them. Safer to include only Requirements and maybe Skills (from core cultural competencies) and Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we need to preserve all substantive information; if we omit Qualifications heading, we still need to include its content somewhere else. We could put that content under Requirements (makes sense). So we will not output Qualifications heading. Skills: we have core cultural competencies (We do it right, We are customer driven, We focus on growth, We solve problems, We get it done, We build strong relationships). These are more values/behaviors; could be considered Skills. We'll include them as
    • ... each bullet. Benefits: we have: Full benefits, per diem when traveling, and work anniversary bonuses. Also daily meal and incidentals per diem available when traveling for overnight work. Relocation assistance available for highly qualified candidates. We'll include those. Pay: Compensation: Pay for this role is $40. $40.43 to $53.91 per hour (depending on experience, skillset, and NETA certification level). Daily meal and incidentals per diem available when traveling for overnight work (already in benefits). We'll keep pay section with hourly range. Schedule: Full-Time, Non-Union, Travel: 75% travel. We'll include that. We must not repeat job title as heading. No markdown. Let's craft HTML. We'll start with

      About the role

      ...

      Then

      Responsibilities

        ...
      Then

      Requirements

        ...
      Then

      Skills

        ...
      (cultural competencies) Then

      Benefits

        ...
      Then

      Pay

      ...

      Then

      Schedule

      ...

Check for any duplicated lines: we have daily meal and incidentals per diem appears both in Benefits and Pay; we should avoid duplication. The posting says: "Daily meal and incidentals per diem available when traveling for overnight work." under Compensation section. Also Benefits: "Full benefits, per diem when traveling, and work anniversary bonuses." So we can mention per diem in Benefits and also note in Pay? To avoid duplication, we could mention per diem only once, maybe under Benefits. But Pay section should contain the hourly range; we can mention that per diem is available when traveling for overnight work as part of Benefits, not Pay. So Pay section only includes hourly range. Thus Benefits: Full benefits, per diem when traveling (daily meal and incidentals), work anniversary bonuses, relocation assistance for highly qualified candidates. Schedule: Full-Time, Non-Union, Travel: 75% travel. Now ensure we preserve all substantive information: we have to keep "Relocation: Assistance available for highly qualified candidates." Good. Check we didn't miss any duty: "Experience filling and working with SF6 filled equipment and gas insulated switchgear, desired but not required." included. Check we didn't miss any requirement: "Complete projects consistently on budget and at a reasonable contribution." included. Check we didn't miss any: "Ability to complete on-site job reports." included. Check we didn't miss any: "Valid driver’s license required." included. Check we didn't miss any: "Strong background and experience in most types of high voltage equipment through the 230 kV class." included. Check we didn't miss any: "Prefer experience with most of the following or similar: MCC’s, Breakers, relay testing, oil testing, infrared scanning, performing start-up on switchgear up through 500kV class, etc. or training from the military (Army Prime Power, Air Force Electrical Power Production, NAVY or another related program)" included. Check we didn't miss any: "Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and various industry standards, such as NETA, OSHA, IEEE and NFPA." included. Check we didn't miss any: "High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience and 5 years of experience in a related field." included. Check we didn't miss any: "Position Summary Service Field Techs are expected to perform service, test and maintain various types of power transmission and distribution equipment." included in About the role. Check we didn't miss any: "RESA Power is looking for experienced Electrical Testing Techs or individuals with electrical backgrounds in engineering or testing. The Minnesota RESA Power Service location is based out of Baton Rouge, LA in a safe and modern facility." included. Check we didn't miss any: "Our Mission Ensure reliable and safe mission-critical power across our customers’ electrical infrastructure lifecycle." Actually that's part of Who we are! Might be considered About the role? Could be included but we already have About the role with position summary; we could add mission/vision etc. But the instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could incorporate mission/vision into About the role paragraph. It's substantive. Let's add it. Also "Our Vision To be the premier, first-choice, trusted provider in the US and Canada for critical power services and products by delivering the best customer and employee experience in the industry." etc. Also "Core Cultural Competencies" we already have as Skills. Also "We do it right..." etc. Thus About the role paragraph can be longer. We must not repeat job title as heading; fine. Now ensure we don't include boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Remove. Also remove "Application Details: The position will stay open until filled - seeking one FTE. Apply via job postings on job boards or from the company website." Remove. Also remove "Physical Demands: Lifting a minimum of 50lbs on a daily, crawling, climbing, standing for long periods of time, and
