Job Description
- Install all types of HVAC equipment including replacement of existing, remodel and new installations in a commercial or industrial environment
- Installation and modification of duct systems, piping systems, control wiring and other HVAC related components
- Work as in a team or solo to complete projects without direct supervision
- Communicate and work alongside customers and other construction trades
- Receive and complete work orders and maintain accurate records on material and labor usage on jobs through electronic hand-held devices
- Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean
- Maintain inventory of company-owned tools, equipment, and materials including maintaining refrigerant usage records to meet federal requirements
- Work in and outside the DFW area as required, per diem included when out of the DFW area overnight
Requirements
- High school or equivalent
- Clear and valid driver's license
- EPA type 1 and 2 TDLR technician registration
- Commercial HVAC: 2 years HVAC Trade School degree and OSHA 10 Hour training are a plus
- Experience in other trades is a plus
