SERVICE EXPERIENCE ADVISOR
Servicing Customers
The Service Experience Advisor serves as the trusted point of contact for walk-in or scheduled customers at the Knowledge Bar. They listen actively to customer concerns and guide them through appropriate service solutions and offerings.
To be successful, they recommend value-added services such as PriorityCare+, Data Backup, ESET, and other products and services in a consultative and helpful manner. They clearly communicate estimated pricing, timelines, and expectations at the time of check-in.
The Service Experience Advisor assists in basic troubleshooting and accurately routes work orders to the appropriate service queues. They also process service and point of sale transactions accurately and completely, maintaining minimum attachment rates and productivity standards.
To succeed, they stay informed of current promotions and attachment opportunities and provide timely, professional updates to customers regarding service status. They also obtain required certifications as directed by management and keep a clean, organized, and customer-ready workspace.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Strong preference is given to candidates with customer-facing commissioned sales, hospitality, and/or retail experience. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to build rapport, earn trust, and explain services or solutions clearly and professionally.
