Service Excellence Associate (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Leading the effort of onboarding new employees into the organization.
• Facilitating classroom and virtual instructor-led training.
• Proposing and assisting in creation of new procedures, products, or offerings which indirectly or directly generate training revenue.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of course materials and relevance to target audience.
• Constructing curriculum development processes for both classroom-based and VILT.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline. A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of two years' experience in delivering training curriculum for adult learners, working within a process or project-related field.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Salesforce, and Excel).
• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective training, assist in process documentation, and manage projects.
• Ability to conduct research, collaborate with subject matter experts, and gather and interpret relevant data.
• Ability to write clear, concise explanations of complex concepts and engaging course content for a diverse audience of professionals.

Pay

The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 - $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
