Service Estimator

Role: Service Estimator responsible for preparing cost estimates and quotes for Commercial HVAC service projects and maintenance agreements. Responsibilities: Develop detailed scope and cost estimates, including materials, labor, subcontractors, and equipment; identify cost-saving opportunities and risks; negotiate with vendors/sub-contractors; support bid processes through pre-bid meetings; contribute to lean improvement activities. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in engineering or related field preferred, with 3-5 years of relevant experience; technical certification or HVAC technician background considered; knowledge of construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems; strong project management, financial acumen, and attention to detail; ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment; valid driver’s license. Key Duties: Create accurate estimates, develop project scopes, collaborate with Account Managers, optimize costs, and ensure timely project delivery.
