Service Engineer (Data Center Operations)
About the Role
The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for equipment and systems in a data center operations environment. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. The Service Engineer will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system performance and reliability.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a service engineering or technical support role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Pay
$35 - $40/hr. W2
