Key Responsibilities
- Assign repair orders to technicians based on skill level, efficiency, and availability
- Monitor shop workflow and technician productivity to maintain an even, efficient workload
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors, Technicians, and the Parts Department
- Review repair orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper MPI/video documentation
- Track vehicle status and provide updates to advisors on progress or delays
- Assist with quality control and time management on shop repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized dispatch area
- Support leadership in achieving departmental goals for productivity, CSI, and efficiency
Qualifications
- Prior technician experience or extensive automotive repair knowledge is required
- Proven ability to manage shop workflow and prioritize repairs
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of warranty procedures and repair order documentation
- Familiarity with CDK or similar DMS software preferred
- Positive attitude, team-player mindset, and attention to detail

Full-time | Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday rotation
