What You'll Do

  • Cookordinate and dispatch service technicians throughout the day as calls are completed
  • Schedule return visits when parts arrive or additional work is needed
  • Manage and maintain the on-call rotation schedule
  • Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate customer records and job information
  • Aid with invoicing, data entry, collections, filing, and administrative support tasks
  • Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and internal departments to keep operations running smoothly
  • Help deliver a positive customer experience from the initial call through job completion

Qualifications

  • Previous dispatching experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another home service or skilled trade industry is strongly preferred
  • Experience scheduling appointments, coordinating field personnel, and managing a high volume of customer communication
  • Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize changing demands are essential
  • Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude are critical for success in this position
  • Dependable, organized, and able to work collaboratively with both office staff and field technicians
