Key Responsibilities
- Make persistent calls to approximately up to 50 current clients daily across Atlanta and Perry to schedule recurring inspections (sprinkler, extinguisher, kitchen hood, hydrant, pump) as they come due, ensuring consistent follow-up until booked
- Schedule appointments for technicians
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional services (e.g., bundling, new offerings) during client calls, testing the waters for account expansion
- Auxiliary support for the Client Advocate as needed and adapt to evolving tasks, with calling remaining the top priority
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, scheduling, or outreach roles (fire protection or service industry experience a plus)
- Skills: Excellent phone communication and persistence in follow-up calls, Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks across two locations remotely, Proficiency in ServiceTrade, QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Attributes: Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative in a team setting
Availability
Choose Atlanta, GA, or Perry, GA as home base, with ability to split time remotely supporting the other location (schedule TBD)
