We're looking for an organized, customer-focused Service Dispatcher to join our Northwood team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians throughout the day
• Cook technician schedules as service calls are completed
• Schedule return visits when parts become available
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and schedule updates
• Maintain accurate customer information and service records
• Work closely with technicians and managers to ensure efficient daily operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction

Requirements

• Strong scheduling abilities
• Reliability
• Customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
• A strong communicator over the phone and through email
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Reliable and dependable with strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• Nice to have: Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
• Nice to have: Experience using service management software
• Nice to have: HVAC experience

$26.00-$28.00 hourly

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
