$26.00-$28.00 hourly

We're looking for an organized, customer-focused Service Dispatcher to join our Northwood team. We're happy to train the right person. Strong scheduling abilities, reliability, and customer service experience are what matter most.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians throughout the day
• Coordinate technician schedules as service calls are completed
• Schedule return visits when parts become available
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and schedule updates
• Keep customers informed of expected arrival times and any delays
• Maintain accurate customer information and service records
• Work closely with technicians and managers to ensure efficient daily operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction

Requirements

• Customer service, scheduling, dispatching, administrative, or project coordination experience
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
• A strong communicator over the phone and through email
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Reliable and dependable with strong attention to detail

Nice to have

• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
• Experience using service management software
• HVAC experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidate.
