Responsibilities Lead and motivate all service personnel, marketing and profitability of dealership Service OperationsTrain all advisors, technicians and valets on dealership proceduresDrive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyaltyObserve, encourage and inspire all Service Employees to secure customer loyaltyForecast sales, gross profits and expensesMaintain an at or above national average CSI score and follow up with all guest issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfactionEstablish clear performance goals and hold the team accountable for resultsHold weekly departmental meetings and set sales and service goalsInteract with outside vendors and other dealership managementOther duties may be assigned Qualifications Proven leadership experience in an automotive dealership service departmentAbility to be analytical, problem solve and multi-taskSelf-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environmentExceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skillsConsistent and stable work historyValid driver’s license and clean driving recordProfessional appearance and work ethicOrganized and friendly personalityDemonstrated ability to manage othersTime management skillsAble to work with little supervision Cardinale Automotive Group is a world-class organization of happy employees.
