Responsibilities
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining professionally beneficial relationships with potential clients.
- Cultivating and maintaining professionally beneficial relationships with potential clients.
- Conducting research to identify potential prospects and target markets, and developing personalized strategies to connect with them.
- Initiating contact with potential clients through cold-calling, networking, and responding to inquiries.
- Make customer calls/ visits with service, parts, and sales staff to increase overall market penetration.
- Collaborating with team members to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
- Create informative presentations that highlight the benefits of our services, delivering them to potential clients, and providing strong after-sales support.
- Provide feedback to the team and management on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends, and continuously improve through feedback.
Qualifications
- Proven experience 1-3 years in cold calling, prospecting, and direct/B2B sales.
- Proficiency in using professional social networks, CRM systems, and sales techniques.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and deliver persuasive presentations.
- A results-driven approach, with a record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle objections and rejections.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple accounts and tasks concurrently.
- Strong business acumen, with a thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Self-motivated, with a high level of energy and drive for results.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
