About the role
The Service Desk Technician position is part-time, non-bargaining exempt, and located at Harbor Court. The work schedule is day/night, 8 hours per shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide phone support to staff with user access, desktop computers, applications and related technology, including administrative functions related to daily departmental operations.
- Receive, log, triage and assign follow-up actions as required to other staff within the IT Department.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Health Care or related field and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Knowledge of desktop computers or information systems.
Qualifications
- One (1) year experience in desktop computer support is preferred.

Pay
Rate of pay for selected candidates will be determined by various factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience and training, as well as internal peer equity. Pay range is $26.81 - $33.51 USD per hour.
