Service Desk Technician
About the role
This client is seeking a short-term contractor to assist with handling a significant volume of tickets. The position will last approximately 3 months and primarily involves phone support, with some chat and email support. The tickets are mainly related to password resets, which are all Tier 1 issues. The main requirement is strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of tickets related to password resets and other Tier 1 issues
- Provide phone support, chat, and email assistance to users
- Utilize a good knowledge base and training resources for technical processes
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Windows 10, Active Directory, and troubleshooting

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Waukesha, WI. The position is fully onsite and operates on a first shift from Monday through Friday, with 40 hours per week.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Benefits are subject to change and may include:
