About the role

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a full-time position that reports to Service Management.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside Service Team to handle customer information, obtain payment/purchase orders from accounts, and assist with organization
  • Process customer payments and handle transactions accurately
  • Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department
  • Filer invoices and maintain both paper and digital records
  • Work together with Office Manager in handling day-to-day tasks needed for accurate accounting processing
  • Scan all invoices for service department into our dealer management system

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Comfortable answering phones and interacting with customers
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Reliable and able to work well with a team

Pay

The pay for this position is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
