About the role
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a full-time position that reports to Service Management.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside Service Team to handle customer information, obtain payment/purchase orders from accounts, and assist with organization
- Process customer payments and handle transactions accurately
- Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department
- Filer invoices and maintain both paper and digital records
- Work together with Office Manager in handling day-to-day tasks needed for accurate accounting processing
- Scan all invoices for service department into our dealer management system
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Comfortable answering phones and interacting with customers
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable and able to work well with a team

The pay for this position is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
