Responsibilities

  • Align and partner with Solventum Sales Teams and clients to ensure consistent communication, effective coordination, and system stability across products and services.
  • Ensure consistency in response and relationship management of each assigned health system from post-implementation through the support and life cycle of the client, including regular communication with client technical teams at the Management/Director level.
  • Coordinate with resources across various Health Information Systems departments to prioritize client issues, drive resolutions, manage escalations, and respond quickly to requests.
  • Serve as the operational point of contact for Solventum clients, focusing on maintaining system stability, surfacing new functionality, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Assist in ensuring each client is aware of and leverages use of all available analytics and reporting tools for determining system adoption and realized value from Solventum solutions.
  • Drive customer participation in KLAS with the goal of achieving NPS and CSAT scores exceeding the prescribed average for healthcare software vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university AND seven (7) years of healthcare software and/or healthcare operation work experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • High School Diploma/GED and eleven (11) years of healthcare software and/or healthcare operation work experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • Three (3) years of account/project management experience.
  • Three (3) years direct client relationship management including executive level.
  • Two (2) years of experience with ServiceNow.
  • Two (2) years of experience in data and analytics reporting.
  • Exceptional client relationship skills with the ability to find creative solutions and manage difficult situations with diplomacy.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, presentation skills, training skills, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration, interpersonal skills, professionalism, sound judgment, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Credentialed Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or equivalent work experience.

Qualifications

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Benefits

  • Relocation assistance may be available.
  • The expected compensation range for this position is $107,600 - $147,950, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
  • This position may be eligible for a range of benefits such as medical, dental, vision, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, disability benefits, life insurance, voluntary benefits, paid absences, and retirement benefits.
