Responsibilities
- Align and partner with sales teams and clients for effective communication and system stability
- Ensure consistent management of health system clients from post-implementation to ongoing support
- Collaborate with various departments to prioritize and resolve client issues quickly and effectively
- Serve as the main operational contact for clients, focusing on system stability and functionality enhancements
- Drive customer engagement in KLAS to improve NPS and CSAT scores above industry averages
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university and seven years of healthcare software or operations experience
- OR high school diploma/GED and eleven years of experience in a similar field
- Three years of account/project management experience
- Three years of direct client relationship management, including executive level engagements
- Two years of experience with ServiceNow
- Two years of experience in data and analytics reporting

$107,600 – $147,950 annually
