Service Delivery Manager - Retail ERP

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Jesta Vision modules (Merchandising, Inventory/WMS, Store/POS, Order Management).
• Troubleshoot issues, monitor interface queues, batch jobs, and integrations with eCommerce, payment gateways, and logistics systems.
• Execute minor enhancements, configurations, and data fixes.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, develop functional specifications, and ensure solution delivery.
• Support system patching, upgrades, and testing.
• Maintain SOPs and knowledge resources.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of retail operations experience.
• Proficient in Jesta Vision modules (Merchandising, Inventory/WMS, Store/POS, Order Management).
• Understanding of end-to-end retail processes.
• Technical skills including SQL, EDI, APIs, SFTP, and log analysis.
• Familiarity with reporting, BI, and Excel for data analysis.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
