Requirements
- Must have been at a leadership capacity at least in the past 5 years
- Experience with EDW/Data Engineering team, Python, AWS, Datalake
- Ability to speak the language and understand what is happening (previously hands‑on experience)
- Experience leading data warehousing teams
- Responsible for managing 15‑20 people (developers, QA, BSA, Scrum, Product Owner)
- Background in a regulatory environment — insurance, healthcare, or banking (preferably banking)
