Service Delivery Lead
About the Role
The organization operates in the integrated real estate management services industry, providing facilities management, project management, energy and sustainability services, strategic workplace consulting, real estate services, and capital planning. It addresses challenges faced by clients in optimizing and managing their real estate assets by offering comprehensive solutions supported by efficient systems, processes, and personnel.
Responsibilities
- Generate and dispatch service request work orders to vendors according to established processes
- Monitor and follow up on priority work orders to meet key performance indicators li>Ensure proper closure or reassignment of work orders
- Inspect completed work orders for accuracy and completeness
- Track open work orders and update statuses as appropriate
- Address vendor and client inquiries related to work orders and service issues
- Maintain accurate system information including vendor and location data
- Review and resolve invoice referrals, errors, and approve billing
- Serve as the primary contact between clients, vendors, and technicians
- Manage escalations and emergency work orders
- Participate in quarterly business reviews and client reporting
- Execute quality and compliance activities aligned with contractual obligations
- Assist in reviewing and improving compliance processes
- Identify and communicate quality, compliance, and contractual issues
- Comply with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in facility or vendor management
- Strong organizational, project planning, and management skills
- Technical writing, communication, training, and presentation skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to understand complex processes and exercise sound judgment
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of compliance requirements from external organizations
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI
Pay
The salary range for this exempt position in the US is $70,000-$75,000.
