Service Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce overall platform strategy and governance.
• Lead technical teams and drive cross-functional collaboration across different BATLs.
• Coordinate effectively with external vendors and internal business entities, including SBAs and Project Managers.

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of the Benchling platform.
• Proven experience with Agile or SAFe practices and methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and guide cross-functional technical teams.
• Commitment to working onsite a minimum of 4 days per week.

Pay

• Pay Rate: $90 - $130 per hour
