Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch field technicians to daily worksites for equipment installations and service calls
• Cook up technician assignments for project-based installation work
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and non-emergency service requests
• Receive and manage incoming service calls, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
• Maintain accurate data entry and updates within systems and scheduling tools
• Organize and manage service records, files, and documentation with a high degree of accuracy
• Provide technicians with necessary job details, research, and support to ensure successful service delivery
• Collaborate with service teams, office staff, and management to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support a positive team environment

Requirements

• Previous experience as a dispatcher, scheduler, or in a related coordination role preferred
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and navigate dispatching and scheduling systems
• Demonstrated data entry skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
• Proven problem-solving skills with sound judgment and critical thinking
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
