Responsibilities

• Support engagement teams through the analysis of specific business requirements, design, development, integration, testing, and deployment of distributed software applications.
• Deliver high-quality systems with a focus on reliability and excellent customer experience.
• Communicate progress to client engagement teams.
• Collaborate with clients to transform their business problems through engineering solutions.
• Work as part of a project team and be responsible for the design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery, and support of Technology solutions.
• Manage changing priorities and learn new and rapidly changing technology solutions.

Requirements

• Prior fullstack software product development experience with a preference for understanding DevOps and its supporting services and tools.
• Proven experience in agile methodology for project lifecycle phases including requirements definition, engineering design, development, integration, and testing.
• Hands-on technical capabilities in multiple programming languages.
• Effective communication with client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
• Understanding of current technology environment and industry trends.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related field.
• A minimum of 6 years’ experience in technology software development.
• Back-end experience using modern technologies like Java, Python, Node.js, REST, NoSQL, Microservices, Serverless, and Cloud technologies like AWS, or Azure.
• Front-end development with modern frameworks and practices like React, Angular, or Responsive web design.
• Experience in designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience with cloud native/Microservices architecture, including IaaS, PaaS, container deployment.
• Experience with modern collaborative development tools (e.g. Git, CI/CD pipelines).
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools for unit and integration testing, knowledge of TDD or BDD software development techniques.
• Experience in delivering digital projects and products using appropriate agile project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with automated testing and integration of complex systems.
• Experience in designing and architecting large business-critical systems.

Benefits

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this role in all geographic locations in the US is $86,600 to $197,800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) is $103,900 to $224,700. Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.

Pay

The base salary range for this role in all geographic locations in the US is $86,600 to $197,800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) is $103,900 to $224,700. Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
