About the role

The FSO Technology Service Delivery Manager position involves delivering technology project-based work and managed services to clients.
Responsibilities
- Support engagement teams through the analysis of specific business requirements, design, development, integration, testing, and deployment of distributed software applications.
- Deliver high-quality systems with a focus on reliability and excellent customer experience.
- Communicate progress to client engagement teams.
- Collaborate with client engagement teams to transform business problems through engineering solutions.
- Work as part of a project team to manage changing priorities and learn new and rapidly changing technology solutions.
Requirements
- Prior fullstack software product development experience with a preference for understanding DevOps and its supporting services and tools.
- Proven experience in agile methodologies, including requirements definition, engineering design, development, integration, and testing.
- Hands-on technical capabilities in multiple programming languages, including Java, Python, Node.js, REST, NoSQL, Microservices, Serverless, and Cloud technologies like AWS or Azure.
- Experience in designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience with cloud native/Microservices architecture, including IaaS, PaaS, and container deployment.
- Experience with modern collaborative development tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines).
- Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools for unit and integration testing, including TDD or BDD software development techniques.
- Experience in delivering digital projects and products using agile project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with automated testing and integration of complex systems.
- Experience in designing and architecting large business-critical systems.

Benefits
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $86,600 to $197,800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) is $103,900 to $224,700. Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension, and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
