Responsibilities
- Collaborate with diverse teams of professionals to deliver a wide range of AI and data services.
- Design, build, and maintain production-grade machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) models, workflows, and pipelines.
- Help clients make data-driven decisions by working with structured and unstructured data sets and building predictive models.
- Apply advanced analytical and statistical methods, including machine learning and data structure design.
- Build and apply data analysis algorithms (e.g., data mining, statistics, machine learning, natural language processing).
- Design and develop solutions leveraging big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) to ingest, process, and analyze large, disparate data sets.
- Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
- Build strong relationships with internal clients and demonstrate accountability for team and project success.
- Communicate effectively and influence stakeholders with in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
Requirements
- A bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related technology fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of related work experience in AI/ML engineering or MLE/ML Ops.
- Proficiency in Python programming and associated machine learning libraries/packages (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience applying Neural Network architectures to Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, and Machine Intelligence.
- Knowledge of cloud-based AI services and machine learning platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, or Azure Machine Learning.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying and managing AI applications in the cloud.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel at 0%-25%.
- Valid driver’s license in the US and a valid passport.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in database management systems, reporting, data visualization, or programming/statistical languages.
- Working knowledge or certifications in cloud technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, or Azure.
- Experience with generative AI models and techniques, including GANs and Transformers.
- Understanding of the ethical implications of generative AI and commitment to responsible AI practices.

Pay
The base salary range for this job in most US geographic locations is $46,700 to $95,200. For New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento), the range is $56,000 to $108,100. Individual salaries are determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
Schedule
- Team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model with an expectation to work in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year.
