Service Coordinator I
About the role
Trane Technologies is a world leader in creating comfortable, sustainable, and efficient climate solutions for buildings, homes, and transportation. This role is available at Trane in Valley View, OH.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates service resources, dispatches, and assigns team members to projects.
- Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors, and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.
- Interacts and communicates with all Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisors to assign/dispatch Controls Technicians and HVAC Technicians.
- Coordinates operations interaction with the Parts Department and Acquisition, as necessary.
- Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the assigned staff, and responding to special requests.
- Generates work orders, reviews project paperwork, forwards project paperwork to Project Administrators, and generates various reports.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Excellent Customer Service skills - must be comfortable and effective on the phone.
- Organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions.
- Detailed oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.

Pay
Annual Base Salary Range: $41,641.66 - $67,300.00
Schedule
Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.
