Service Coordinator I

About the Role

A Service Coordinator responsible for scheduling, dispatching, and coordinating HVAC technician activities, managing customer inquiries, tracking technician time and attendance, and handling billing and warranty processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervisors and managers to assign jobs
• Communicate with customers about job status
• Coordinate warranty and parts shipments
• Maintain accurate records in enterprise systems
• Ensure timely work order completion
• Assist with administrative tasks such as onboarding and OSHA logs

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2-4 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing service fields
• Familiarity with HVAC technicians and service tracking software like Astea
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay

Pay rates range from $23.65 to $37.68 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
