Service Coordinator

Tri-State Bobcat is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our Little Canada, MN team. Tri-State Bobcat has served customers for more than 40 years and continues to grow. This role offers the opportunity to build experience across service operations and take on increasing responsibility as you develop your skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with customers regarding extended warranty registrations, documentation, and follow-up
• Manage Machine IQ and support Service and Sales teams with equipment information
• Provide backup support for the Warranty Administrator
• Schedule and dispatch field service technicians
• Coordinate and dispatch company drivers for inventory movement, equipment transfers, deliveries, and pickups
• Communicate schedules and changes with technicians, drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records and help improve scheduling and service coordination

Qualifications

• Organized, dependable, and a strong communicator
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing schedules
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable learning new software and systems
• Equipment, service, warranty, dispatch, or logistics experience preferred
• Able to work independently and follow through

Pay

$26–$32/hour, based on experience

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
