About the role

This full-time, onsite role in the Green Tree area offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of our operational success, coordinating schedules, managing client relationships, and supporting the seamless execution of service and installation activities. Training is provided.

Schedule & Pay

• Onsite in the Green Tree area, 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
• $55K-$63K, based on experience
• Great PTO package

Required Skills

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Professional, courteous phone manner
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated with limited supervision

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience working within IT, managed service providers, or technology sectors
• Familiarity with client onboarding processes and customer account management
• General understanding of IT hardware, cabling, security, audiovisual, or related systems
