ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Call/email customers to schedule inspections and put notes in system pertaining to inspection.
- Schedule/sub-labor for all repair quotes sold by sales staff.
- Create opportunities for sales leads.
- Penny quotes to set up demand service inspections or annual portable inspections.
- Upload compliance engine for inspection and deficiencies.
- First point of contact for service calls.
- Gather needed information to create a service call including a photo of the troubled panel.
- Provide credit applications to new customers/quote C.O.D. rates for service calls.
- Create service order. Assign the correct technician. Place on Resource Console and Dispatch to the tech.
- Order any needed parts and get pulled from the parts shelf.
- Provide inside support to service manager.
- Update customer information as needed in the system.
- Coordinate work with subcontractors as needed.
- Create P.O.’s requests as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Education or Equivalent.
- Typing, basic computer knowledge.
