Service Coordinator

About the Role

This entry-level role coordinates customer requests, schedules, and service delivery in a fast-moving onsite environment. The work environment is on-site with regular face-to-face interaction, ideal for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize service requests
• Communicate directly with customers and service teams
• Coordinate timing, status updates, and follow-up
• Help resolve routine service issues
