Service Coordinator
About the role
Naturescape is seeking a Service Coordinator in Rockford, IL to assist the branch manager in leading a developing branch and continuing our growth and success. This is a long-term career opportunity in lawn and landscape care with a stable, family-owned business.
Responsibilities
- Aid the branch manager in overseeing all aspects of branch operations
- Balance time and resources while managing small details and the big picture
- Assist in the development of new employees and serve as a branch manager in training
- Work closely with the branch manager to ensure the success of the branch
- Manage tasks related to customer service and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Motivated with a desire to learn
- Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus
