Service Coordinator

About the role

Naturescape is seeking a Service Coordinator in Greenville, SC to assist the branch manager in leading a developing branch and continuing our growth and success. This is a long-term career opportunity in lawn and landscape care with a stable, family-owned business.

Responsibilities

• Aid the branch manager in overseeing all aspects of branch operations
• Balance time and resources while managing small details and the big picture
• Assist in training and development of new employees
• Participate in maintaining a positive, supportive work environment
• Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, customer communication, and resource allocation

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Motivated with a desire to learn
• Previous management or supervisory experience is preferred but not required
