Naturescape is seeking a Service Coordinator in Delafield, WI to assist the branch manager in leading a developing branch and continuing our growth and success. Responsibilities

A Naturescape Service Coordinator assists the branch manager in overseeing every aspect of branch operations. This hands-on role balances time and resources, focusing on both small details and the big picture. The Service Coordinator is effectively a branch manager in training, eager to learn and lead. A strong working relationship with the branch manager is essential for branch success.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Motivated with a desire to learn
• Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus
• Positive, can-do attitude

No lawn or landscape experience is required; paid training and state certification for pesticide dispensing will be provided.
