Duties
- facilitate team meetings
- write service agreements
- provide advocacy
- act as a community liaison
- develop natural supports
- coordinate referrals/connections to other programs within LRCS
Requirements
- Knowledge of the Lakes Region
- Ability to self-manage
- Excellent communication (both written and oral)
- Time management and organizational skills
- Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Prior experience with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of IEPs and 504 Plans
- Typing and computer skills
- A valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle and automobile insurance
Salary
$26.00 per hour
