Responsibilities
- Cook up scheduling of technicians for commercial HVAC service calls, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
- Prepare, review, and issue service quotes for commercial customers, ensuring accuracy and profitability.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates, confirm scheduling, and deliver quotes.
- Support Service Manager in monitoring work order progress, billing, and contract compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, quotes, and completed work.
- Aid in procurement of parts, materials, and subcontractors when required.
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure seamless delivery of service.
- Track open quotes and follow up with customers to close opportunities.
- Promote Jennings Mechanical’s values of quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in HVAC service coordination, dispatch, or quoting in the commercial mechanical industry required.
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Ability to read and interpret service scopes, proposals, or technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Jonas, or similar).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
