Responsibilities
- Answer emails and calls promptly
- Schedule service appointments and route accordingly
- Complete service orders/estimates
- Invoice customers for completed services
Requirements
- Excellent communication and written skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Attention to detail
- Excellent listening and organization skills
