Service Coordinator

IHG Mechanical in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a dynamic full-time Service Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering excellence.

Each day, you dive into the world of customer needs, scheduling service calls and gathering essential information to ensure our technicians are equipped to tackle any challenge. You strategically plan and route our expert team with precision and efficiency, matching their skills to customer requirements in our cutting-edge systems. Your response time is impeccable as you swiftly address technician requests, keeping operations running smoothly. By maintaining our Dispatch Board diligently, you fill appointment gaps proactively, maximizing efficiency and keeping our Field Service Managers in the loop.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service calls and gather essential customer information
• Plan and route technicians efficiently, matching skills to customer requirements
• Swiftly address technician requests to keep operations running smoothly
• Maintain the Dispatch Board, proactively filling appointment gaps
• Communicate with Field Service Managers to maximize efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years experience supporting a service industry
• Experience in industrial refrigeration is a plus

Salary range of $50,000 to $70,000 per year

Schedule

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
