Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Schedule a minimum number of service appointments on a daily basis
• Assist with incoming phone calls when needed
• Answer service related questions
• Work efficiently with CDK software
• Work closely and effectively with team of technicians, service writers, and supervisors

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and with a team
• Multitasking ability
• Experience in automotive dealership (preferred, not required)
• Experience with scheduling efficiently
• Computer skills
• Bilingual (not required)
