Service Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Service Coordinator to join our team in Maryville, MO. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the schedules of our Care Professionals, ensuring that our clients receive quality and timely care. This role is vital to the success of our organization, so we're looking for someone who loves to meet challenges head on, and enjoys being part of a team.

Schedule

This is mostly a Monday–Friday position, but some evenings and weekends may be required to meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the schedules of Home Instead Care Professionals and their clients, with an emphasis on creating high quality matches and developing extraordinary relationships.
• Communicate with clients and caregivers to confirm appointments and address scheduling changes.
• Maintain accurate records of client appointments and caregiver availability.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure coverage for all shifts.
• Collaborate with the client care team to understand client needs and preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and caregivers.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in scheduling or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
