You’ll play a central role in supporting EST’s regional service operations — scheduling work, coordinating technicians, managing documentation, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects EST’s commitment to quality. Responsibilities
- Coordinate, schedule, and communicate service delivery for repairs and preventative maintenance visits.
- Assist the Regional Service Supervisor in ensuring 100% completion of contractual and quality service requirements.
- Verify that all contractual scope of work is completed and documented according to established SOPs.
- Order repair materials, parts, and related products; ensure technicians have required items on the day of service.
- Review and ensure accuracy of all paperwork and documentation submitted by service technicians.
- Maintain clear communication with customers, technicians, and internal teams regarding status updates, costs, and timelines.
- Provide administrative support to field service technicians via phone or in person.
- Generate service, parts, and installation quotes as directed.
- Monitor, resolve, and escalate customer complaints in alignment with EST’s quality standards.
- Maintain required reports, metrics, and cost controls to support regional performance monitoring.
- Understand EST products, equipment maintenance needs, and service requirements.
- Utilize current and emerging technologies to support scheduling, documentation, and communication workflows.
- Assist in developing and improving SOPs as needed.
- Strengthen customer relationships and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Escalate system-level issues to the Regional Service Supervisor and provide supporting data.
- Monitor usage and maintenance of service department assets.
- Maintain all personally assigned company property (vehicle, computer, etc.).
- Train individuals or small groups on company equipment or processes as needed.
- Perform other directly related duties as assigned.
- Complete OSHA training and maintain required certifications.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of successful service coordination or service management experience, preferably in industrial or government environments.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Background or familiarity with mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or electronic systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong customer orientation and commitment to service excellence.
- Excellent communication, listening, and organizational skills; dependable, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.
- Ability to obtain and maintain military base passes and other access credentials.
